Doctor opens third urgent care in Lake
June 3, 2014| By Elira Benavari, Correspondent MOUNT DORA — A local doctor recently opened his third urgent care facility in Lake County, building on the business plan of attracting patients who want quick medical attention but don't need an emergency room equipped to handle complicated trauma. Since Dr. Raymond Dominick opened Lake Regional Urgent Care in Leesburg in 2000, the companyhas grown to three locations with six doctors and 50 employees, as well as an in-house billing operation.
