THE TIME OF OUR VISITATION

PART IV – A WORLD IN PERIL   We live in very unique times; – the likes of which we’ve not seen before.  So much of what this book is about is the marshalling of the evidence that we are indeed living on the edge of the Last Days, – The Day of The Lord.  I am not writing here to convince you of that fact.  We’ve made that case.  The other related but separate task of this work is to sound the alarm among those that call themselves Christian, and to call the unbeliever to seek and find a relationship with the very God of the universe.  We are all charged by God to do so.  “If I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked person shall die for his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand,” reads Ezekiel 3:18.  The table has been well set.  And in midst of things, we see not only our nation, but the whole world in peril.
Let’s start with this nation.  America is under multi-layered attack by the forces of the New World Order.  The likes of Antifa, George Soros, the Deep State, radical Islam and the migrant invasion are being used to tear down the republic.  We can see evidence of this on the news on a daily basis.  We see fraudulent elections with thousands  – even ten-thousands of votes showing up mysteriously after election day – with one party gaining the overwhelming majority of those votes, changing outcomes in the process.  We see the globalist bankers that run the Federal Reserve raising interest rates  just when the economy is beginning to show signs of slowing down.  After the collapse of 2008, the Fed artificially grew the economy by taking the interest rate down to essentially zero.  It made sense to borrow to grow.  And that’s exactly what happened.  The markets became addicted to the cheap capital.  Now the Federal Reserve knows what tightening the cost of money will do in this economy.  Here’s an explanation from analyst Brandon Smith of Alt-Market.  Chairman Jerome Powell “admitted in the minutes of the October 2012 Fed meeting that tightening measures in the face of extreme market addiction to stimulus would inevitably cause a crisis event. The Fed had created a monster of a bubble, and a monster in the investment world, and they knew they were doing it…. Today, Jerome Powell is taking the exact actions in policy that he originally admitted would cause a crash. Powell is not tightening out of stupidity, nor is he tightening out of a misguided error in policy. Powell is tightening because the banking elites WANT a crash. Period.”  And it’s not just the alternate media that is warning that the next financial crisis is coming.  Even the International Monetary Fund (IMF), that quintessential tool of the globalist elite, is warning that “large challenges loom for the global economy to prevent a second Great Depression.”[i]
So why would the Fed want a crash?  First of all, because bankers use these crises to consolidate assets, buying them up for pennies on the dollar.  “But there is another reason far beyond the issue of asset accumulation; namely the psychological effects these events have on the masses.  Economic panic is a very useful tool in the hands of the banking establishment for molding social conditions in a way that gives them greater psychological power over the public. In every instance of financial catastrophe it is the banker cabal that is asked to step in and save the day. In 2008 it was the Federal Reserve that was tapped to act as a hero to the mainstream, and only through the tireless efforts of alternative economists and liberty activists has this fallacy been exposed to some in the population.”  In the end, it is all about sinking the dollar.  Brandon Smith’s conclusion: “In the next crisis, it will be the IMF that is used as the front organization for the next rescue as market collapse leads into a crisis in confidence in the U.S. dollar…. The next engineered crash is shaping up to become the most epic in history, and make no mistake, it has already started.”[ii]
Another theater of attack was created when President Clinton began transferring state-of-the-art American technology to the Chinese.  That singular act has made possible the new China which made up decade’s worth of technological progress in a short period.  They are now able to challenge the US in space and militarily, endangering to begin with the independence of Taiwan – (which America is pledged to defend) – as well as the entire South China Sea, with their militarized artificial islands.  Even the once technologically backward North Korea has the capability of launching an EMP attack against the United States that would effectively destroy our infrastructure and send us back to the early 19th century.  “The EMP Commission warns that North Korea has two satellites orbiting over North America that could be armed for surprise EMP attack.”[iii]
Next there is the migrant invasion coming from the south.  Borders are what define a nation – and there are forces dedicated to the overthrow of all borders – but especially those of the United States.  It was during the Obama administration that DHS sent down instructions to border officials to allow MS-13 gang member to enter the US.  Now we can add to that a number of other bad actors.  There is an ISIS camp on the Mexican side of the border, just 8 miles from El Paso.  There are Central American paramilitary training camps where MS-13, drug cartel members, and Middle Eastern terrorists from Hamas, Hezbollah and the Muslim Brotherhood all train together for operations against America.
In past installments, we’ve covered the threats to the social fabric and the Church that are undermining our nation.  And believe me, it is much the same throughout the world.  But with the exception of Israel, America holds a special place in this war between the forces of evil and those of good.  America MUST be destroyed, or at the very least, laid low, for the New World Order / Globalist / Antichrist System to rise.  And that plan has long been in the works.  Here are the words of Revelation 17:12-14. “‘The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.”
In the End, the world’s power structure will revolve around a ten-nation confederacy whose ultimate goal is global governance.  That goal has long been in place. New Age guru and House of Philosophy head, Alice Bailey, wrote in her 1957 tome, The Externalization of the Hierarchy, that on the way to world government, the globe would first be organized into several Spheres of Influence.  It was in 1974 that Mesrovic & Pestel gave details of the plan, revealing in their work, Mankind At The Turning Point,  that the world was to be divided into 10 ‘Super Nation States’  Both the European Union and the proposed North American Union of a dozen years ago or so, were a part of that plan.[iv]
Everything is in place!  In the Olivet Discourse, Jesus compared Israel and the signs of the times to the budding of a fig tree.  “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!  Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.  Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.”  Christ is talking here about the generation that will begin to see the Times of the End.  Many alive today have seen the recreation of Israel.   A biblical generation is defined for us as 70 to 80 years in Psalm 90:10.  Seventy years from 1948 is 2018.  Eighty is 2028.  Even if you use the capture of Jerusalem in 1967, you are only pushing it off to 2047.  It would seem, we are in that prophetic window.
With that in mind,I have a very important question to ask.  ‘Do we really trust God?’  Do we have REAL faith?   As Jesus Himself asked, “Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8)  Or to put it another way, Does what we believe about God affect the way we live?  Does what we know about the Times – affect the way we live?  We read the news; – with all its chaos – but we don’t live in that reality.  The reality that we live involves; how we’re going to pay the bills, and getting the kids to dance and soccer and getting ourselves to church, and the work around the house and the car needs fixing and on and on.  But the fact is: That other REALITY is overtaking us!
So we see, – in many cases the TRUTH of our situation, – but refuse to acknowledge the situation we’re in.  Jesus faced a similar situation with the Jews of His day.  He was riding into Jerusalem after His triumphal procession of Palm Sunday.  He had just been feted and honored and hosanna-ed and recognized as King and Messiah.  It should have been the prime moment of His ministry here on earth, yet He instead expressed an incredible sadness.  Here is the Gospel account as recounted in Luke 19:41-44.  “Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it, saying, ‘If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes.  For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.’”
 Did you notice that last line?  He held them responsible, because, as He told them, – “you did not know the time of your visitation”.  We are responsible…to know…the Time of our Visitation.  Christ leaves no room for us to plead ignorance.  He left none for the Pharisees, who despite their witness of His many miracles and signs and wonders, – were always asking Him for another sign to prove just who He was.  On one occasion He told them: “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.  A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” (Matt16:2-4)
His actions should have been compelling evidence for them of the overriding reality of their time.  It is the same for us.  Just as they were given all of the Scriptural / prophetic evidence to recognize His first coming; – So we too are faced with the same compelling evidence.  We too face an overarching reality that is greater than the reality we live on a day-to-day basis.  JESUS CHRIST IS LIKELY GOING TO RETURN IN THIS GENERATION!!!

Stop HUD's Agenda 21-related AFFH Rule

The fight over HUD's Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rule is growing.
I have been in the fight against Agenda 21 since the beginning — even before its introduction in 1992. For most of these years Americans have ignored the issue, as they didn’t see it affecting them personally. That apathy is now changing. The fight against Agenda 21 is heating up in cities across the nation, beyond anything experienced before. One new twist in the enforcement of Agenda 21 policy is the new Housing and Urban Development (HUD) ruling called Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH).
AFFH requires communities that apply for HUD grants to strip-search every neighborhood, detailing income level, religion, race, and national origin of every single person living there. HUD has created specific guidelines dictating specific numbers of each for a proper “balance.” If there are any shortages in any of the categories, then the neighborhood is deemed to be “out of balance.” HUD then requires that the community correct the situation. That “correction” requires communities to unnecessarily spend millions of tax dollars.
To impose AFFH, HUD has changed tactics that are catching unaware local officials by surprise. In spite of our warnings that HUD grants came with severe strings attached, local officials have routinely sought and accepted HUD grants, declaring them as “free” money for local development. There was at least a pretense of local control. No more. HUD is now employing a stronger legal enforcement mechanism seldom used before to strictly enforce those attached and hidden strings. The result is social engineering that is leading to the destruction of property values and property rights of neighborhoods. In addition, any local governing body that takes a HUD grant now finds that their ability to govern the community as they were elected to do is basically gone, as HUD bureaucrats dictate policy.
HUD has already filed legal actions against communities such as Westchester County, New York, and Marin County, California, for attempting to stand up to the HUD rules. Meanwhile, Baltimore, Maryland, has been forced to spend $30 million over the next 10 years to build 1,000 low-income homes in affluent neighborhoods. Such threats are growing across the nation.
Meanwhile, in Congress, Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Representative Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) have been trying to add amendments to legislation to defund AFFH. Twice they have presented such amendments, and twice they have been betrayed by Republican leadership. In one case such an amendment by Lee was tabled after it was basically sabotaged by Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine). However, in 2015 Rep. Gosar had already introduced H.R. 1995, a bill to prohibit HUD from implementing the AFFH rule. This bill has 25 cosponsors and is in a pending status, but needs a lot more support in order to be passed. In the meantime, Lee and Gosar are continuing their attempts to add amendments to various bills to defund AFFH.
There is good news in the AFFH fight for Agenda 21 opponents. Some local elected officials are finally starting to understand the dangers of these rules and the massive overreach by the federal government to enforce them. Now many are seeking ways to fight back and are beginning to reach out to those of us who have led the fight against Agenda 21. They seek help in stopping these policies. This has been a rare occurrence until now.
You should take action by pressuring your local officials to reject calls for new HUD grants. Explain that HUD has changed the rules with the new AFFH rule and that acceptance of such grants will bring an army of federal regulators to the community.
You should also call and email your senators (202-224-3121) and representative (202-225-3121) and demand they support the efforts of Representative Gosar and Senator Lee to prohibit implementation of the AFFH rule with H.R. 1995 or to defund it with amendments to other bills.

NEW FILM EXPOSES COMMUNIST ROOTS OF “SUSTAINABILITY” AGENDA

A powerful new documentary takes a fresh look at the global “green” agenda, often marketed under the misleading label “sustainable development,” and exposes it for the dangerous assault on human freedom that it is. Beyond that, the film shows how the so-called “sustainability” movement of today is little more than a poorly re-packaged version of the murderous “red” communist agenda that supposedly fell along with the Soviet Union — after killing hundreds of millions of people along the way. The film, It’s Easy Being Green When You Have No Choice: Sustainable Development and the End of History, provides a great deal of evidence and information that all supporters of liberty should be familiar with.
At the center of the scheme for global totalitarianism is the increasingly discredited anthropogenic (man-made) global-warming theory, the film and experts interviewed for it point out. And at the center of that theory is the claim that CO2 drives warming — an idea discredited by, among other evidence, the 18 years and counting in which the undisputed satellite and weather balloon temperature records show no warming. But facts and concerns over the climate were never the real issue, as the film documents using a combination of powerful interviews with experts and even quotes from the key individuals and organizations pushing the anti-human, anti-freedom “sustainability” agenda.
“Ever since the failed Bolshevik revolution the managerial class has been searching for a common enemy for people across the world to unite against,” the narrator explains as the film begins. “They have found it. The new enemy is carbon dioxide.”
CO2, of course, is exhaled by humans and is necessary for plant life. So crucial is CO2 to the planet that scientists have often referred to it as the “gas of life.” Human emissions of CO2, meanwhile, represent a fraction of one percent of all greenhouse gases present naturally in the atmosphere. On top of that, growing amounts of evidence — especially the 18 years and counting of no warming even as CO2 concentrations increased — suggest that carbon dioxide plays only a minor role in the global climate system, if it plays any at all. But because CO2 is emitted during every human activity, including breathing, it is the most perfect enemy imaginable to justify totalitarian control over every element of life.
“Human freedom is the problem and the only solution is to limit and control freedom,” explains the film’s narrator, radio host and former meteorologist Brian Sussman. “Through careful marketing techniques and propaganda designed for mass consumption the trusting public has been embracing all of Communism’s ultimate goals of redistribution of wealth; dictating and regulating commercial production; controlling land, private property, natural resources, and the economy, diminishing Christianity and the general control of society.”
CO2 and the “climate,” the film and the experts interviewed in it explain clearly, offered the perfect excuse to justify the tyranny. “The whole idea of controlling and limiting carbon dioxide is to control human beings,” says Marc Morano, editor of the Climate Depot website and the producer of a soon-to-be released documentary called Climate Hustle exposing the AGW con. “So if sustainable development becomes even more codified and becomes more accepted and becomes implemented, this is a way for central planners to control human freedom. We have been through this before. We have been down this road before. We have seen the age of the super state in the 20th century and frankly I don’t know that humanity is going to survive this latest assault.”
Morano’s commentary in the film, like that of other experts interviewed for it, is insightful and revealing. For example, Morano and others interviewed in the documentary explain how global environmentalism has replaced the Cold War as the key justification for so many of the establishment’s agendas. “The idea of sustainable development is that there is a common enemy,” Morano explained. “Now, whether you are rich, whether you are poor, whatever nationality you are, whatever race you are, whatever creed you are, religious — we can all unite. And that is what they were looking for. They wanted a common enemy. I mean, short of an alien invasion from outer space, this was it.”
Other experts interviewed in the film provide equally compelling commentary on the massive threat facing humanity today. Those experts include author Dr. E. Calvin Beisner, a spokesman for the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation, who touches on the anti-Christian element of the global “sustainability” agenda. He also points out how the agenda is completely incompatible with Christianity and a biblical worldview — a major reason why the attacks against Christians and the Bible are accelerating around the world.
Beverly Eakman, an author and educator well versed in what is happening in the education system, exposes the use of “green” propaganda in schools and the media to push the sustainability agenda. “The idea that educated people are unsustainable is in the mix of the green agenda,” she explains. The film also brings in quotes from official UN documents stating as much. The Obama administration has also been very open about using the government “education” system to push “sustainability” indoctrination and create “green” citizens.
Also interviewed for the film is climate expert John Casey, the president of the Space and Science Research Corporation, who exposes the false claims surrounding AGW. “Clearly, the reaction, the displays by the global warming or the warmist crowd have reached an all time fever pitch in terms of their anger, their frustration, their attacks on not just global warming critics, but anyone with the scientific data that shows they are wrong,” Casey explains. “This is unparalleled, unprecedented in the modern era, to see these kind of ludicrous extreme attacks that are coming from the warmist community.” He also warned that contrary to the UN narrative about warming, “we are actually going into a new cold climate era.”
Population Research Institute chief Steve Mosher, meanwhile, highlighted the role of the population-control zealots in the whole agenda. “The idea that people cause global warming is driving the population control movement, it is certainly driving the radical environmental movement and it’s driving the sustainable development movement,” he said. “So when you ask, what are these people, the population controllers, in the name of sustainable development or in the name of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases, prepared to do? They are prepared to do anything. They are prepared to arrest women for the crime of being pregnant, give them cesarean section abortions and sterilize them for life.”
Cato Institute Senior Fellow Randal O’Toole, who also spoke in the film, noted that sustainability as it is being pushed means much less freedom and much more poverty. He tackles everything associated with so-called “Smart Growth,” which in essence equates to higher prices, less choices, and more government control of housing, food, transportation, and more. The best solution to so many problems, O’Toole also explains, is more freedom and less planning laws at all levels of government.
The film is interspersed with quotes, often from establishment and insider sources, supporting its thesis. For example, one of the key organizations pushing the agenda is the Club of Rome, a pseudo-environmentalist outfit dominated by top globalists and “former” communists. “In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill,” the group said in its report on the “First Global Revolution.” “All these dangers are caused by human intervention in natural processes, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviors that they can be overcome. The real enemy then is humanity itself.”
Another key area in which the film adds value is how it exposes the giant role of former Soviet dictator Mikhail Gorbachev and his allies in the shackling of the planet under the guise of phony environmentalism. Just a few years after the ostensible collapse of Soviet tyranny, for instance, Gorbachev worked with top “capitalists” through the United Nations to create the globalist plan for “sustainable development” known as UN “Agenda 21.”
Unsurprisingly, as the film documents extensively, the agenda was remarkably similar to the agenda pursued by Moscow and the international communist conspiracy just a few years before the 1992 UN “sustainable development” summit in Rio de Janeiro — in some cases even the wording is almost identical. Indeed, Gorbachev himself touted the plan in his Club of Rome-endorsed book Prophet of Change: From the Cold War to a Sustainable World.
Even in the United States, the shift from Red communism to Green tyranny has become readily apparent. Just consider Obama’s former “Green Jobs” Czar, Van Jones, who was forced out after past media interviews surfaced in which he identified himself as a revolutionary communist. The so-called “green agenda,” too, brazenly promotes central planning, government control, and more. Most recently, radical state attorneys general have even launched “investigations” into climate skeptics with a goal of prosecuting them.
Overall, the film does an excellent job of exposing the totalitarian nature of the “sustainable development” agenda. It also provides an extremely valuable service by thoroughly documenting the “sustainability” jihad’s extensive links to the “ideology” and even the individual mass murderers behind global communism. In fact, the two movements are essentially inseparable, the only difference being that each movement was able to attract a slightly different variety of well-meaning zealot to advance the same totalitarian cause — dupes that Soviet dictator Vladimir Lenin would have referred to as “useful idiots.”
“The climate change debate is more than debating what the climate models say and how people come to accept defacto what they are told by the media,” said It’s Easy Being Green producer Frank Pinski. “This film tries to get across that the desire of men to control his fellow man never ends, it just changes form. This latest attempt uses the constant changes in the climate to instill fear so that people willingly turn over the regulation of all aspects of their lives to the government. This is reminiscent of Communist society and that is what this film tries to explain.”
The documentary is a very good primer for those who are not yet familiar with the dangers of the “sustainable development” movement and green-tinged Marxism in general. But even for longtime readers of this magazine and other well-informed people, there is a lot of valuable information presented in the film. It is worth watching and sharing as Americans gear up to fight back against the extremist agenda at the local, state, and federal level.

The UN Wildlands Project…Taking Over America Starting With Florida

Almost all Americans know about the United Nations, but few know about Agenda 21, or the US government’s implementation of UN policies.
The UN issued several policies at the 1992 Earth Summit, one of which was the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). Compliance with this UN policy is being driven and managed by the Wildlands Network which shares the same goals as the CBD; to set aside half the land in America for animals.
But let’s reframe this issue just a bit and put it into perspective; is there any reason you would turn over half of America to Vladimir Putin? What is the difference between living under Putin’s rule or living under UN rule? We are giving the eco-socialists our land (the agencies buy it with our taxes) and we are sliding down the slope to living under UN rule. In Florida, the government has acquired 28% of the land (9.9 million acres), so the UN’s work is already better than 50% done in Florida!
The process of returning land to its wild state is referred to as “re-wilding.” Wildlands are created by buying land, reducing or eliminating human activities and access to the land, and then putting buffer zones around them. Then another wildland is created nearby, and they connect them with more land purchases. This accumulation of land begins to form corridors, and the corridors then connect to one of the four North American Wildways (migration routes).
This project is supported and managed by eco-socialists like the Sierra Club, and The Nature Conservancy which brokers land deals, and often works with the USF&WS to obtain and transfer land.
The Wildlands project (now called Wildlands Network and based in Florida) was first proposed by Earth First’s Dave Foreman, in 1991. The eco-socialists do not hide their intent: “The Wildlands Network is now spearheading an initiative to connect habitat along the length of eastern North America, from the Everglades of Florida…”
The ultimate goal is to erase any sign of human activity (houses, roads, trucks, etc.); therefore, humans will be pushed out of wildland areas. Figure One shows the UN’s plan for America. We will be living in the black areas (human settlements), while most of the land will be off limits to humans (red, orange, yellow). (Click on maps for a larger view.)
Mr. Foremen, a former board member of the Sierra Club, and The Nature Conservancy stated, “My three main goals would be to reduce human population to about 100 million worldwide, destroy the industrial infrastructure and see wilderness, with its full complement of species, returning throughout the world.”
Federal and state politicians continue passing legislation supporting this UN goal despite the overt usurpation of American sovereignty. In 1994, President Clinton issued Executive Order 12906 – Coordinating Geographic Data Acquisition and Access; which resulted in the development of GAP, a graphical mapping system designed to compile the geospatial data and identify bio-diverse units, needed by the Wildlands Network.. In 2010, House Resolution HR 5101 the ‘‘Wildlife Corridors Conservation Act of 2010” was introduced, and didn’t make it into law, but it provides an insight into the thoughts of our politicians. The EPA helped out when they started promoting the Wildlands Network on their site.
In 1999, the Florida legislature passed the Florida Forever program which authorized $3 billion in bonds to purchase land. In 2008, the program was reauthorized with an additional $3 billion in bonds to conserve land. The Florida Forever program has provided $6 billion for the acquisition of land.
As a result of Florida Forever, Florida agencies like DEP’s division of Land Management, and Fish and Wildlife are buying land under the Florida Forever program which states the purchases are for “conservation and recreation lands.”
However, the Wildlands Network states the land is for: “ ‘landscape connectivity’ – a connected system of conservation lands – has become widely recognized as essential for long-term ecological viability and wildlife survival, and with this recognition has come renewed interest in making a continental corridor from Québec to Florida, an Eastern ‘Wildway,’ a reality.”
There are four Wildways in North America, including the Eastern Wildway, which extends into the Everglades. It is doubtful Floridians would be approving these expenditures if they knew the real goal of these land purchases.

Figure Four, shows lands designated for environmental use in the State of Florida. Floridians have given 28% of Florida (9.9 million acres) to the government. Unless we stop these government land acquisitions we will all end up in apartments located on a little black dot known as a human settlement, as presented on Figure One.
Politicians of both parties, and agencies at the federal and state levels are working together to create the UN’s vision of controlling 50% of America, and the federal government already owns about 50% of the western US. Karl Marx wrote, “The theory of Communism may be summed up in one sentence: Abolish all private property.” The UN and their eco-socialist ilk have pledged to take our land and our freedom, and the people in our government are helping them!
All property owners should ask themselves if they would prefer to control their own land, or would they prefer their land be managed by a global management system of government experts? The socialists have been working unimpeded for years, and it is apparent freedom loving Americans need to play catch-up. We cannot rely upon, or trust, our government or politicians to do it for us. There is a new paradigm we must accept; only we the people can stop this.

Smoking Gun: The direct link between Agenda 21 and local planners
When the fight started against Agenda 21, those of us working to expose it were largely ignored by the mainstream media and even the established Conservative movement and its media. Too far out there, they said, to be taken seriously.

Then, as more and more Americans began to experience the dire effects of Sustainable Development in their daily lives, suddenly our message began to take hold. Today, thousands of Americans have taken up the fight. And anti-Agenda 21 activists are storming planning meetings, demanding answers. State legislatures and even some county and city governments are passing legislation against it. It seems the Agenda 21 fight is everywhere.

So, now, proponents of the Sustainable Development policy are alarmed and working feverishly to counter our claims that such controls over local development and energy policy have their roots in international policy. In particular, our claims that these planning policies come from the UN’s Agenda 21, that was introduced to the world at the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992.

Their most often used description of Agenda 21 is an “innocuous, 20 year old document that has no enforcement power.” Continuously we hear that local planning programs, especially from such groups like the American Planning Association (APA) have no connection to Agenda 21 or the UN. It’s all local – or as the APA says in its document, Glossary for the Public, “There is no hidden agenda.” In its “Agenda 21: Myths and Facts” document found on the APA website, the group goes to extreme measures to distance itself and its policies from Agenda 21, specifically saying “The American Planning Association has no affiliation regarding any policy goals and recommendations of the UN.”

Four years ago, a man was convicted of collecting rainwater and snow runoff on his property and served a 30-day jail sentence in Medford, Oregon, while the developing world is trashing their environment at alarming rates, suffocating waterways, rivers, and lakes with trash and refuse.
A meeting in Vienna aimed to amend the 1987 Montreal Protocol to phase out hydrofluorocarbons from air conditioners, refrigerators, and inhalers. John Kerry said that “air conditioners and refrigerators are as big of a threat to life as the threat of terrorism posed by groups like the Islamic State.” He believes that “It’s hard for some people to grasp it, but what we, you, are doing here right now is of equal importance because it has the ability to literally save life on the planet itself.”
The climate change industry claimed that HFC, a coolant, is thousands of times more potent than CO2, the gas of plant life.  Kerry added that “the increase in HFCs has led to the trend of global climate change.”
There used to be a saying when I was growing up in Romania that elites were going to tax the population so much that they would eventually tax rain water. Apparently H.G. 1591/2002 requires that rain water which drains in the sewer system must be calculated by multiplying the annual quantity of rain water with the total surface of buildings finished and unfinished as declared by each customer and then taxed accordingly.
As the bills seem to be arbitrary, confused customers were asking by which method various areas were taxed, by lottery, and who is actually measuring the rain fall, and how much pluvial water evaporates before it reaches the drains.
According to Nathan Mehrens, the “EPA has entered into a series of ‘memoranda of understanding’ (MOU) with the United Nations and various foreign governments” with the idea of protecting the environment “while promoting economic growth and social development, promoting the role of the private sector in development, and encouraging social inclusion, women’s advancement, and environmental justice.”
All these seemingly isolated moves have common denominators the insane manufactured anthropogenic global warming claim and global climate change claim by the United Nation. The tin pot dictators at the U.N. are only interested in redistribution of wealth, population control, the buildup of megacities, and global governance under the U.N. aegis.
How would they build these mega regions, mega cities? The plans are already underway in the form of destroying the American suburbs, the family, the way we purchase and own homes and apartments, and by depopulating rural areas.
U.N. Agenda 21 has morphed into Agenda 2030 and now into Vision 2050, a plan to force 9 billion people to live by the globalists prescription of “living well and within the planet’s resources.”
Vision 2050 report is “a consensus piece that was compiled by 29 leading global companies from 14 industries and is the result of 18-month long combined efforts between CEOs and experts, and dialogues with more than 200 companies and external stakeholders in some 20 countries.” In simple translation, global companies and CEOs are going to dictate to all of us how we are supposed to live by 2050, no free choices there.

What is exactly “low-carbon mobility?” A quick search yields no exact definition but many projects with the word “transform” and “sustainable development” attempt to describe what low-carbon mobility would entail.
Progressives love to travel and visit other cities but would like to do it by banning cars and promoting walking, cycling and public transportation as a healthier and safer alternative, protecting pedestrians and cyclists from cars. No mention is made of who would protect pedestrians from nuisance cyclists.
According to progressives, who seem to prefer their Beamers to go to work, cities that were designed before the introduction of cars are more compact and attractive to walk and cycle in. In other words, cramming as many people in a city is desirable over spreading them in suburbia. “Older cities are more human than the suburbs and cities built after World War II.” We need the “human scale experience,” walking and biking for your health and to reduce the “carbon footprint.”
So, this is how your city will be transformed into a “low-carbon mobility city.” You may be stuck in your neighborhood your entire life like a rat in a maze and your world may encompass a very small radius of travel, but, you will be saving the planet from a non-existent climate change Armageddon, a lame threat greatly benefitting the globalist elites who jet in style around the world in their personal gas guzzlers, impervious to air pollution.

The Atlantic Council, a think-tank, wrote a 57-page report, “Envisioning 2030: U.S. Leadership in a Post-Western World,” to “help prepare the Obama Administration and its global partners for unprecedented change.”
The report predicts a future of “vast economic and political volatility, environmental catastrophe, and conflicting, inward-looking nationalisms that would be unlike any period that the United States has seen before.”  “President Obama will be setting the tone and direction for U.S. policy in a post-Western world.” (Atlantic Council, Executive Summary, p. 5)
As the powers that be are actively and speedily working to affect this outcome, the global order champions “predict” that wealth will shift from the west to the east.

After forty years of socialist indoctrination in schools and LGBT activism, the progressive agenda is finally bearing fruit. Gloating that the Women of the Left and GLAAD were victorious over our country, a recent Rush Limbaugh caller said that our country is in such a mess right now, that Christians won’t even help their own when religious rights are trampled. The warping and destruction of our children’s minds in schools is so complete, they now think the way feminist and LGBT militants want them to think, the caller concluded.

Activists must now convince the world. Samantha Powers, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. and important advocate of the LGBT agenda, said in a press conference on C-SPAN:

“Again, we’re getting this issue into the DNA of the United Nations, but until today the Security Council had never broached this topic, and so today also represents a small but historic step.”

But third world nations are not exactly buying it. Senegal rep, speaking for the 54-nation African Group, U.N.‘s largest regional bloc, said that “Sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights cannot be considered to create or imply a right to abortion.” They also rejected “any interpretation of any terms that runs counter to domestic law.”

The Holy See promotes the defense of life in the womb, “protecting the right to life of the person from conception until natural death.” However, the Center for Family and Human Rights (C-Fam) noted that “Possibly for the first time since its founding 70 years ago, a major U.N. agreement involving social policy does not mention the family.”

The United Nations Sustainable Development Summit will be held September 25-27 in New York and will address Sustainable Development as defined in the 1992 Agenda 21 document after injecting it with steroids and repackaging it into Agenda 2030. It will not address just global warming turned climate change talking points; it will embrace every facet of human life through its 17 goals, a “new universal agenda for humanity” and a blueprint for global governance.

Tom DeWeese, President and founder of the American Policy Center, said, “Basically they are rebooting Agenda 21 and they are calling on the world’s most visible religious leader to promote the agenda.”

At the World Commission on the Environment in 1983, Gro Harlem Brundtland, Vice Chair of the World Socialist Party, introduced the term and the definition of Sustainable Development. “Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” Who decides what the needs of each person are and the ability? Sounds like collectivism to me.

Blueprint of the New World Order Sustainable Development (SD) is not what the actual words imply. SD is a euphemistic tool to create the new international economic order based on socialism after the overthrow of capitalism and the elimination of national identity and borders. SD is a vehicle to construct a one world government, the New World Order as printed on our dollar bill, Novus Ordo Seclorum.

The stated goals of Agenda 2030, although innocuous sounding, are the blueprint of the New World Order controlled by large corporations and an elitist group of very wealthy individuals:

I. End poverty in all its forms everywhereI have heard this promise before under communism. We were all on government subsidies and subsistence level standard of living, no proper healthcare, no cars, no homes, drab concrete cubicle housing, few personal possessions, no private property, dependency on mass transportation only, no mobility outside of the city except to commute to work.

Poverty will not end, citizens of all races and creeds will be dependent on welfare, food stamps, housing, and poor medical care and drugs. Schools will teach global citizens how to remain perennial victims on the dole because government is the only entity that protects them.

Trillions of dollars later, the war on poverty in the U.S. has created generational welfare dependency. Developed world money spent on poor nations increased the wealth of the elites in power.

II. End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agricultureUnder the premise of “increased output” and feeding the world’s hungry, the mega-farms have gobbled up mom and pop farms. Engineering genetically modified plants and seeds, quite different from hybridization, with the extensive use of herbicides and pesticides, companies have no idea what the long-term effects will be.

Food security in case of a large-scale calamity is not guaranteed. The world supply of grain would only last for two days. Grocery stores that supply the majority of the urban population only have enough food for three days.

Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, proposed that Mega-Cities inhabitants grow their own food on terraces and rooftops with rain water. How is that feasible and sustainable?

III. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all agesForced vaccination for kids, medical subcutaneous I.D. tags, sterilization, prescribed medication for hyper-activity, meds for real or imagined depression, mass medication for health prevention programs, forced nutrition by government standards like school lunches, reduced soda drinks, reduced salt intake, walkability are just some of the issues that will rob global citizens of their freedom of choice under the guise of government-mandated healthy lives.

IV. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for allThis is an interesting goal for third world and Muslim nations where girls are not encouraged or allowed to go to school past eighth grade and are forced to marry very early in their teens. In the developed world, the globalists are dumbing down education with Common Core standards that prepare students to be collective workers, not independent thinkers, and global citizens busy-bees in large corporations. Common Core also replaces history with revisionist history, non-facts, impossible math, collectivist indoctrination, and proselytizes for Islam to the detriment of Christianity.

Since it’s impossible to make all humans equal in education outcome, by forcing them to fit one mold of education standards and testing, Common Core education ensures a generation of compliant drones who are all equally ignorant on the same textbook page.

V. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girlsGender equality is just another code word for feminizing or “chickifying” society, lowering standards to include women in the military, police, and firemen, even though women are physiologically different than men, particularly in muscle mass and body fat content.

Marginalize and shame men for the “brutes” that they are. Make parents, particularly dads, into babbling idiots in every sitcom on television or in books. Encourage and “nudge” (push) citizens into obedience, relinquishing private property and accepting communal property where everything is shared because we are all “equal.” It will be an equally miserable existence.

VI. Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all“Allow powerful corporations to seize control of the world’s water supplies and charge monopoly prices to ‘build new water delivery infrastructure’ that ‘ensures availability.’” (Mike Adams)

Have government control irrigation like the St. Joaquin Valley in California where it was decided that the delta smelt was more important to protect than thousands of acres of farms and orchards that were the backbone of the California agricultural industry. Instead of irrigating said farms, fresh water was diverted and dumped into the ocean every day, while crops and trees died. And the delta smelt may disappear on its own anyway.

Through various executive orders and the EPA, waters of the United States are controlled by the government and will be overseen by the United Nations once the onerous Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) is ratified.

VII. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for allPushing solar and wind power which may make sense for a few remote locations, the demonizing of coal has left millions of Africans without electricity and without the ability to provide clean water to their villages. Furthermore, the middle class and the poorer citizens of the developed world have had to pay higher electricity rates than necessary due to the war on coal waged relentlessly by the environmental lobby, this administration, and the EPA’s ever more stringent rules and regulations for coal-fired power plants.

The media glosses over or ignores the high cost of renewables, the providers’ rate of bankruptcy, the insufficient energy generated vis-√†-vis the world’s electric needs, the huge plots of land taken out of agriculture production in order to accommodate solar panels and wind turbines, the kill-rate of millions of birds, the burning of crops as fuel, pushing corn prices higher, and the human health costs from wind turbines.

VIII. Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for allGovernment-mandated living minimum wage of $15 has been a disaster so far, replacing humans with technology, causing more unemployment in the service sectors, and reducing work hours due to the requirements of the (un) Affordable Care Act.

Forcing quotas for various minority workers lacking qualification, destroying a free market system based on supply and demand, the government has socially-engineered the economy to steady decline by denying permits and licenses to companies they don’t like, or to companies that do not abide by their rules. “You did not build that” has become a glaring example of abuse of power over small businesses.

IX. Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovationBorrowing money from the World Bank and then hiring corporations to build infrastructure, the practice of bribery in third world nations, and the misuse of funds by those in power have resulted in a spiraling debt that poor countries cannot extricate themselves from unless there is a massive debt forgiveness which different lobbying groups have endorsed.

The U.N. has demanded that technology be transferred to the entire globe without any remuneration to inventors and innovators for research and development.

X. Reduce inequality within and among countriesTo do so, one would have to confiscate the wealth of all entrepreneurs, inventors, and innovators who took a risk and worked hard developing an idea, the so-called rich, and re-distribute the fruits of their labor and any associated gains, to those who chose not to work, be dependent on government welfare, and reproduce in high numbers.

Successful people have been sharing their wealth through generous donations to the tune of billions of dollars each year and they have made no dent whatsoever lifting the poor out of poverty.

No matter what we do, there will always be inequality. We cannot regulate it away by United Nations fiat or by government decree.

XI. Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainableSocially engineering humans from suburban and rural areas into Mega-cities is a recipe for disaster, crime, pollution, crowding, disease, and riots. There is no sustainable anything in the city. If there is even a remote interruption of fuel and water to a large urban area, chaos will ensue quickly. Forcing humans to live in such crowded, high rise, mixed, multi-purpose dwellings will allow government to control them better, particularly if gun ownership is banned around the world.

XII. Ensure sustainable consumption and production patternsBeing told how much electricity, food, and water to consume is like living in a third world nation. I’ve been down that road under a communist regime and I still remember the long lines, the struggle to find food, and the scarcity of everything that a central government planned economy did not and could not provide.

If the government fails to provide, the population will experience shortages of basic goods like food, water, electricity, hot water, light bulbs, toilet paper, medicines, and other stuff we take for granted. Look at oil-rich Venezuela destroyed by decades of Hugo Chavez’s socialist policies, a benevolent dictator who made sure he stole billions for himself and his family before he threw the poor a few crumbs in the form of free medical care from Fidel Castro’s Cuban doctors who treated sniffles. Venezuela must now employ the military to distribute food to its citizens.

XIII. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impactsThe climate change industry is getting rich beyond belief by taxing people to death for the non-existent carbon pollution from CO2, forcing them into standard of living changes, going back to pre-industrial times, penalize car ownership, shaming people into driving unsafe tin cans, forcing the public into mass transit, walking, and biking everywhere.

XIV. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas, and marine resources for sustainable developmentBanning ocean fishing would reduce the food supply and increase food prices for a lot of poor humans whose survival depends on seafood. The Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) would place all the oceanic and marine passage and ownership in the hands of the United Nation’s the Agency who would give passage approval, fishing, and marine exploration, giving itself the lion’s share for exploration of fossil fuels and other minerals on the bottom of ocean.

XV. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity lossTo fulfill this Agenda 2030 goal, all humans must be herded into cities according to the Biodiversity Treaty, the Wildlands Project Map, by controlling passage on land via human corridors, forbidding private land ownership, banning wood stoves, banning rain water and snowmelt collection, criminalize home-gardening the way HOAs do in most areas, in order to make humans dependent on government-run and controlled agriculture.

XVI. Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levelsTo achieve this goal, a massive invasion of illegal aliens has been planned and is currently underway. Legal immunity and special status and privileges are granted to said illegal aliens, special groups, and minorities to the detriment of the general population who is required to follow the law.

IRS punished and harassed conservative groups and individuals. Crony capitalists received special favors, funds, and status and were allowed to bring in less qualified and experienced legal and illegal aliens to replace American professional workers who had to train their replacements.

XVII. Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable developmentGlobalism will finally be enacted as a mandate for every signatory country (178), superseding national laws and borders, making parliaments and our Congress irrelevant, allowing the largest companies in the world to become trans-national monopolies over drugs, seeds, chemicals, weapons, technology, medicine, energy, education, and transportation.

Mike Adams encapsulated this goal very well;

“Nullify national laws and demand total global obedience to trade agreements authored by powerful corporations and rubber-stamped by the U.N.”

MONUMENTAL AUDACITY — OBAMA GRABS HUGE WESTERN LANDS BY EXECUTIVE ORDER

In a move that has environmental militants exulting and western farmers, ranchers, and property owners fuming, President Obama has locked up 1.8 million acres by executive fiat, with the stroke of a pen. Millions more acres are planned to follow, part of the Obama administration’s boast to use “audacious executive actions” — read unconstitutional usurpations — to advance his radical “transformative” agenda during his last months in office.While in California on a fundraising expedition, President Obama took time on February 12 to sign an executive order proclaiming three new national monuments, imposing the strictest of federal restrictions on 1.8 million acres of the Golden State. The three new illegally created monuments are Mojave Trails National Monument (1.6 million acres), the Sand to Snow National Monument (154,000 acres), and the Castle Mountains National Monument (21,000 acres).
“In addition to permanently protecting incredible natural resources, wildlife habitat and unique historic and cultural sites, and providing recreational opportunities for a burgeoning region, the monuments will support climate resiliency in the region,” the White House said in a statement. However, the designation as monuments means that these newly “protected” areas will be off-limits to mining and mineral exploration, oil and gas drilling, grazing, timber harvest — and even to many of the current recreational uses such as camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and off-road vehicle usage that the public previously has enjoyed. But that’s OK, because it’s all in the greater interest, allegedly, of “protecting” the environment and combatting global warming, according to the president.
As of this writing, the administration’s WhiteHouse.gov website opens with a beautiful landscape photo of sand dunes and rocky crags, with this greeting emblazoned on the desert sky: “Find Your Park — America’s Newest National Monuments — President Obama designated three new national monuments in the California desert. He has now protected more land and water than any president in history.”
Protected? Critics say he has seized or stolen the areas in question. This is but the latest salvo in President Obama’s planned lockup of hundreds of millions of acres, which we first exposed in The New American six years ago. In a 2010 article, The New American’s Joe Wolverton reported on a secret 21-page Obama memo revealed by South Carolina Senator Jim DeMint, which identified 14 pieces of land that “might be good candidates” for unilateral executive land grabs utilizing the Antiquities Act. In the past two years, Obama has been especially aggressive in using executive orders to implement these planned lockups.
“We’ll Do Audacious Executive Action”
On January 13, 2016, Obama’s chief of staff, Denis McDonough, bluntly forecast the “audacious” actions to come. Speaking to reporters, McDonough announced: “We’ll do audacious executive action over the course of the rest of the year. I’m confident of that…. We do want to make sure that the executive actions we undertake are not left hanging out there, subject to Congress undoing them.”
President Obama has repeatedly stated his intention to legislate by executive order from the Oval Office, if Congress doesn’t rubber-stamp his every whim as law. And he has proceeded to make good on that threat, issuing unconstitutional orders on illegal alien amnesty, temporary worker visas, gun control, draconian environmental regulations, and much more. Designating national monuments is a very important component of his plan for “audacious” executive action. “In his seven years in office, Obama has established 22 national monuments and expanded others to set aside more than 265 million acres of land and water,” noted the UPI news service on February 13.
And he’s not through yet. Among the additional targets in the federal crosshairs is the proposed mammoth Owyhee Canyonlands National Monument in eastern Oregon, encompassing much of the land where the recent conflict erupted that culminated in the shooting death of Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum by federal and state law enforcement on January 26 and the arrest of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his sons Ammon and Ryan. The Owyhee Canyonlands proposal would lock up 2.5 million acres, an enormous chunk of Oregon the size of Yellowstone National Park, and would effectively kill cattle ranching in the area, the only viable economic activity in the region since the federal government killed all the timber/wood products industries by closing down the national forests, using various specious environmental concerns. The gluttonous gobbling up of millions more acres and the hobbling of all means of livelihood for the people who live and work on or near the public lands is a guarantee of escalating conflict.
As we have noted in our recent article “The Federal Bootprint,” the federal agencies managing the national monument lands (National Park Service, BLM, Forest Service) are already grossly mismanaging the vast areas they currently hold and are $16 billion-21 billion behind in critical maintenance. With this record — along with their other atrocious mismanagement records — they have no business adding still more real estate to their portfolio, even if they had constitutional authority to do so — which they don’t.
Article 1, Section 1, Sentence 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” That’s crystal clear: All legislative (lawmaking) powers are delegated to Congress, not the president or any federal agency or bureaucrat. Equally important is the “herein granted” clause, which refers specifically to the powers enumerated in Article 1, Section 8. So, even though “all legislative powers” have been bestowed on Congress, those legislative powers may be exercised in only those areas permitted by the Constitution. Presidential usurpation of powers through executive orders has been proceeding for decades, virtually unchallenged, with both Democrat and Republican presidents rampantly abusing the device, always concentrating more and more power in the executive, pushing us ever closer to outright dictatorship.
We have mentioned the enumeration of legislative powers in Article 1, Section 8 of our U.S. Constitution. A crucial feature of this section is the limitation on the federal government’s ownership of land. According to the Constitution, our law of the land, “The Congress shall have Power … To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings.”
As The New American explained in an earlier article, this means:
The federal government was allowed to have a 10-mile square (100 square miles) for a seat of government. Property for “Forts, Magazines, Arsenals,” etc., for national defense purposes, could be purchased from the states if the state legislatures consented. That’s it. Under Article IV, the federal government is allowed to acquire new territory, which is to be “disposed” of by turning it over to the new state government when the territory is admitted into statehood. Newly created states are to be admitted on an “equal footing” with the original 13 states, meaning with full sovereignty over their lands, not with a distant federal landlord controlling 30 percent, 50 percent, or 90 percent of their land and resources.
The Obama administration and its “green” allies are pushing audaciously and relentlessly now because they are well aware of the mounting anger and resistance to tyrannical federal controls. This is most acutely felt — and emphatically expressed — in the Western states, where the federal bootprint is largest and heaviest, and where efforts are maturing to wrest the “public lands” from federal control and transfer them to the states, where, constitutionally, control belongs.
It is time for the American people to support efforts by legislators and citizens in the Western states to claim their rightful “equal footing” as sovereign states — the same as the rest of the states — not colonies to be ruled by Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, or any other federal politician or bureaucrat. It is also time for the American people to insist that their representatives in Congress stand up to the president, take back “all legislative powers herein granted,” limit executive orders to their original executive branch “housekeeping” functions, void the vast majority of previous orders, and stop this audacious, mad rush toward tyranny.

County Commission votes to support wildlife corridor

Bears and other critters already creep, skitter and fly through the woods of rural Flagler County, but a project the Flagler County Commission voted Monday to pledge $10,000 to would give those animals a protected corridor stretching from the Ocala National Forest to Pellicer Creek and the Matanzas National Forest.

The money will be provided to the Conservation Trust for Florida from the county’s Environmentally Sensitive Lands fund, and would be used for a grant application to fund the wildlife corridor through the Florida Forever Program.

Bears are a primary target for the corridor, but other animals would benefit too, Flagler County Public Lands and Natural Resources Manager Tim Telfer said at the meeting.

“We talk about black bears in relation to this project because black bears tend to be what we call an umbrella species,” he said. “Their habitat is the same type of habitat that a number of other upland species in Florida also require.”

Keith Fountain, representing the Conservation Trust for Florida, said there would be other benefits of a corridor.

“This project is all about clean water, whether it’s flowing through these forest lands, whether it’s in the St. Johns River or flowing east into Pellicer Creek and eventually out into the estuary environment,” he said. “It’s also about outdoor recreation opportunities, which I know is important here in Flagler County. So there’s a lot of potential in this project.”

Not all of the land in the corridor would be publicly owned, and it wouldn’t have to stay entirely natural.

“The corridor that’s being established and studied for potential application might be in private ownership,” County Administrator Craig Coffey said at the meeting. “You could have a mix of some that are actually owned, and some that are just easements or corridors.”

He gave an example: the water management district acquired some property around Lake Disston, while other land there was privately owned, but had conservation easements and would not be developed.

Although the corridor would protect wildlife habitat, certain human uses might be permitted, including recreation and timbering, which Telfer called “one of the best opportunities we’ve actually had for our land preservation.”

“Timbering got that bad reputation over the years because it wasn’t natural; I mean, it is a horticulture,” he said. “But, people have come to recognize that it’s better than pavement, and it does provide habitat for a number of species.”

Buying into the program at this point, Telfer said, won’t require the county to approve related measures down the line.

“Participation in the process at this point in time does not obligate the Board of County Commissioner to anything in the future,” he said. “Any acquisitions that the state had put together and asked Flagler County to participate in would be brought back to the board.”

Before the County Commission’s unanimous vote, Commission Chairman George Hanns called the program an opportunity to protect old Florida.

“Flagler County is known for protecting the environment and expanding and protecting old-time Florida, what it once was and what it always will be here in Flagler County,” he said. “We have a history of doing that, and we are really into nature-based tourism in Flagler. This will enhance that as well as protecting wildlife.”

All of these reports are directed at you and me and our fight against Agenda 21. 
 
“Conspiracy Theory.”  “Fringe Nuts!”  "Extremists!"
 
These attacks indicate that they are terrified of us. The SPLC report said that we are "starting to have an impact." Obviously, we are doing something right!
 
However, in view of these attacks we have more work to do. The fight is getting very serious. They fear defeat and I smell victory if we can coordinate our efforts and use stronger, more effective tactics.

I will bring in elected officials who have been successful in blocking Agenda 21 policies, including Carroll County, Maryland Commissioner Richard Rothschild. I will also make the Agenda 21 ties to Obamacare. Finally, I am going to bring in some of the victims of these policies (which the Sustainabilists deny exist) like farmer Martha Boneta and Jennie Granato (who had her property destroyed by a bike lane through her front yard).       
 
At the end of each webinar, there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions.
